What is The Ark?
The Ark is a premier multi-sport facility in Greenwood built to help athletes grow on and off the court. Through training, teams, leagues, tournaments, performance programs, and community events, The Ark is designed to become a home for development, competition, and connection.
What started as Marlin Academy 15 years ago has turned into an opportunity to impact the south side of Indianapolis for generations to come. The Ark exists to serve athletes, families, and the broader community.
What You Can Expect
Whether you are looking for training, teams, leagues, tournaments, camps, clinics, player development, strength, movement, or simply the best concessions any sports facility has ever offered, we hope to provide the greatest experience for every athlete and family who comes to The Ark.

7 hardwood courts including one feature court for championship games and special events.
The Ark will offer elite training, AAU teams, camps, clinics, leagues, and tournaments.

12 volleyball courts including 2 feature courts for championship games and special events.
The Ark will offer elite training, club teams, camps, clinics, leagues, and tournaments.

3 Hitting/Pitching Tunnels outfitted with cutting edge technology for monitoring and live feedback in between every rep.
The Ark will offer elite training, tools, and resources to help baseball players perform at the top level.

One 6,500 sq ft weight room outfitted with 14 fully kitted weight training stations.
The Ark will offer elite strength training led by Marty Mills.

While sport is our primary focus, we look forward to having the space to offer community events, guest speakers, concerts, and more.
We are most excited to plan our first Date Night Extravaganza (a community event where our team will open the facility up for kids while parents get to go to dinner.)

Yes, Marlin Academy is building The Ark and rolling up into The Ark.
The “Marlin Academy” name will live on through our circuit AAU teams.

Yes. We plan to host and rent space for teams, leagues, and tournaments.
