Programs we offer:

Who We Serve

Our program is designed for baseball and softball athletes of all ages and experience levels, from beginners building a strong foundation to advanced athletes preparing for high school, travel ball, college opportunities, and higher-level performance.

The athletes who thrive here are committed to improving. They want to be coached, challenged, and developed over time. We believe the best results come from families who value long-term growth, consistent training, and ownership away from the facility.

This program is built for athletes who want training that is challenging, fun, competitive, and gritty.

What Makes Us Different

The Ark Baseball & Softball program is built around long-term development, not quick fixes.

We train athletes from the ground up by focusing on foundational movement, mastering the details, and building toward more advanced concepts over time. Our athletes are challenged to grow physically, mentally, competitively, and relationally.

What makes the program different:

  • Foundational movement and skill development

  • Long-term athlete development

  • A holistic approach to performance

  • Advanced training technology

  • Competitive, challenging, and fun training environments

  • Individualized coaching instead of one-size-fits-all instruction

  • A focus on ownership away from the facility

  • Faith-fueled development that reminds athletes their identity is bigger than performance

Our Philosophy

We want athletes to understand that success does not come from one lesson, one drill, one piece of technology, or one quick adjustment.

Growth comes from consistent work, coachability, smart training, strong habits, and ownership. We want our athletes to develop skill, athleticism, confidence, toughness, and baseball or softball IQ.

On the field, we want athletes who are prepared, competitive, and ready for big moments.

Off the field, we want athletes who are great teammates, strong leaders, and people who encourage others while still competing with boldness.

Most importantly, we want athletes to know that their worth is not determined by success or failure on the field. Their identity is rooted in the Lord, not in performance.

Seasonal Training Rhythm:

Common Questions

How often should my athlete train?

For committed athletes, weekly training is usually the best rhythm. Consistent work allows coaches to build on previous sessions, track progress, and help athletes develop stronger habits over time.

Can my athlete train year-round?

Yes. Year-round development is important, but training should adjust based on the season, workload, and the athlete’s needs.

How do you help increase pitching velocity?

We work from the ground up. A lot of velocity development starts with how the athlete uses the lower half, the middle of the body, and the ground. When the body moves more efficiently, many upper-half issues begin to clean up. Max-intent velocity work is adjusted based on the calendar and the athlete’s current workload.

How do you improve power and bat speed?

Power comes from movement. We use clean movement patterns, high-intent reps, timing pressure, overload and underload bats, short-distance reaction work, tee work, front toss, and constraint drills to help athletes turn faster, move better, and hit with more authority.

What should my athlete wear?

Athletes should wear athletic clothing and athletic footwear. Loose footwear is not recommended. Thick running shoes are also not preferred for baseball and softball movement work.

Do you help with college prep or recruiting advice?

Yes, we can help guide athletes and families through the development side of college preparation. We avoid making promises about recruiting outcomes, scholarships, or opportunities, but we want to help athletes understand what it takes to prepare well.
